M.Sc. (any discipline of Life Sciences) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade from any recognized board/University; UGC-CSIR JRF/NET-LS or GATE qualified and prior research experience in the area of molecular and cell biology |

Age relaxation |
The upper age limit is relax-able up-to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to scheduled castes/tribes/OBC, women and physically handicapped candidates. |

Fellowship |
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)- Rs.37,000/-p.m. +24% HRA, subjected to the approval of the funding agency |

Venue of interview: Institute of Health Sciences, Presidency University, Kolkata.

The candidates are required to bring originals and self-attested copies of their mark sheets/certificates during the time of interview, along with a government issued photo identity proof (original).
