Tender in sealed cover addressed to: “The Head, Department of Geography, Presidency University, Kolkata-700073” are invited for the supply of the listed items from the reputed manufacturers, authorized dealer including enlisted supplier (if eligible). The quotations should be clearly indicating the quality, name of manufacturer, quantity and price for each item and discount offered. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in part or full without assigning any reason. Quotations should be accompanied with photocopies of VAT registration certificate. Tender fee (Rs.500/-) to be paid by Demand Draft drawn in favor of Presidency University, payable at Kolkata along with the tender. Quotations should be accompanied with the duly filled up Application Form (Annexure – I)
