Tender in sealed cover addressed to: “The Registrar, Department of Chemistry, Presidency University, Kolkata-700073” are invited for the supply of the listed items from the Registered Authorised Stockist or Reputed manufacturers, Registered Suppliers/Agents at usual terms and condition of payments in Government Offices. The quotations should be clearly indicating the quality, name of manufacturer, quantity and price for each item and discount offered. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in part or full without assigning any reason. Quotations should be accompanied with VAT and I.T. clearance certificates and VAT No. Tender fee (Rs. 1000/-) and EMD @ 2% of contract value to be paid by demand draft drawn in favour of Presidency University, payable at Kolkata along with the tender. Last date of submission of tender 5th February, 2014 (12 noon). Tender opening date: 5th February, 2014 (3 p.m.)
