Biography+
I obtained my Ph.D. as a CSIR fellow in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from Jadavpur University under the mentorship of Prof. Sanjay Bhar. Thesis title: "Synthetic Studies towards the Construction of Novel Organic Skeletons with the Exploration of Photophysical Behavior and Bioactivity”. While pursuing Ph.D. I got a job in WBCSC and joined Dinhata College, Cooch Behar in 2015. I served there for a period of three and a half year as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry. During my service at Dinhata College, I was also appointed as a Guest Teacher at the Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University to teach Organic Chemistry at the PG level. In October, 2018, I have joined Presidency University as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry.
