Admission Notice for Post Graduate Courses under Home(60%) Category: PU QUOTA (Session-2019-2020)

NOTICE

Online applications are invited from regular Honours graduate students of the session 2018-2019 of Presidency University for admission under Home (60%) category: PU Quota in the following regular full time PG Courses (duration- 4 semesters) for the session 2019-2020. Only completed online application will be considered. Application form will be available till 17 th July, 2019 (till 4 pm) at http://presiuniv.ac.in/web/masterapp/ .

The admission under PU Quota for different categories will be based strictly on merit. The merit list will be prepared based on the CGPA obtained in major course only.

Courses:

MA in Bengali, English, Hindi, History, Philosophy, Political Science, Sociology

MSc in Chemistry, Applied Economics, Geography, Applied Geology, Life Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics

Eligibility:

Honours or major in the respective subject

Important dates and venue:

Application start date : 11th July, 2019

Application end date : 17th July, 2019(till 4 pm)

Publication of Merit list and Counselling notice (tentative) : 19th July, 2019 (5 pm)

Date and Time of Counselling cum admission

MA courses : 22nd July, 2019 at 11 am

MSc Courses : 23rd July, 2019 at 11 am

Venue of Counselling : Derozio Hall, Presidency University.
