Tender for the supply of the various items related to decoration, sound, lighting, etc. in connection with West Bengal State Science & Technology Congress 2016 to be held at Presidency University on 28 & 29th February, 2016

Online bids through The West Bengal Government e-Procurement System (https://wbtenders.gov.in)are invited from the reputed decorators (having experience in similar services rendered to the State Universities, other Educational Institutions, Public Sector Organisations, etc.) for the supply of various goods related to decoration, sound system, lighting, etc. in respect of West Bengal State Science & Technology Congress 2016 to be held on 28 & 29th February, 2016. Quotations should be accompanied with the duly filled up Application Form (Annexure – I). The rate should be quoted for 2 (two) days i.e. 28^th and 29^th February, 2016.The rate should be quoted inclusive of taxes, if any, and all other charges except Transport Charge which is to be specified. Self-attested scan copies of the valid Trade License, copy of the PAN card, Service Tax Registration Certificate and other relevant credentials are to be attached with the application form (Annexure – I). No advance payment will be made. Payment will be made after successful completion of the work.

Two (2) demand draftsin favour of Presidency University payable at Kolkata for Rs.500/-(Rupees Five hundred)only and Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) only respectively for non-refundable tender fees and EMD (refundable if the Work Order is executed satisfactorily) should be submitted to the Finance Department, Presidency University. Scan copies of those Demand Drafts are to be uploaded in the e-tender.

LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS:08-02-2016 up to 3.00P.M.

DATE OF OPENING OF THE QUOTATIONS: 09-02-2016at 3.30P.M.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation in part or full without assigning any reason.
