Campus-wide ICT Infrastructure Up gradation at Presidency University—an ICT Infrastructural Development Project.

Presidency University, Kolkata invites sealed bids from reputed Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)/ their Authorized and Certified Distributors/Dealers/Business Partners for up-gradation of existing E-Campus Network as per the annexure I.

Interested vendors are requested to provide their bids as per Technical Specifications (Annexure-V) andGeneral and Special Terms & Conditions (Annexure-I&II), signed Application and Declaration (Annexure–VI&VII) under a Two-Bid System.

Documents under the Technical Bid containing the following are to be filled in, wherever necessary and digitally signed:

i. Annexure I: General Terms & Conditions

ii.Annexure II: Special Terms & Conditions

iii.Annexure III: Bidder’s Eligibility criteria

iv. Annexure IV: Networking Components to be supplied

v. Annexure V: Technical Specifications for Active Products to be satisfied

vi. Annexure VI: TECHNICAL BID DOCUMENT(APPLICATION FORMAT TO BE FILLED UP BY THE BIDDER)

vii. Annexure VII: Declaration

viii. Annexure VIII: Checklist of the Tender

Financial Bid will be opened only if Technical Bid is found in order after technical evaluation.
