The Indian Institute of Journalism and New Media, Bangalore, presents a nation-wide essay writing competition
The Indian Institute of Journalism and New Media, Bangalore, presents a nation-wide essay writing competition. Interested students are to write a 1000-word essay on “The Media makes no difference to a person’s life” and must send it, along with a short biography to entries@iijnm.org by January 30th, 2016 (extended deadline). The prize money would be Rs. 10,000 (for first place) and Rs. 5,000 (for second place). Up to ten of the best entries will be offered a Rs. 10,000 rebate on admission fees at the Indian Institute of Journalism and New Media for the batch of 2016-17. The winners will be invited to the campus during the Alumni Reunion on February 6th, 2016, when they will receive their prizes.
The competition is open to undergraduate students of all streams from all colleges across the country.
