National University Film Making Competetion

UGC is launching a National University Film Making Competition, to spread the awareness of ragging among the students and thus to curb its menace in higher educational institutes. Presidency University is requesting its faculty and students to develop films in ragging. The films may be documentary/fiction films of duration of about 5-10 minutes and to be submitted to the office of the Dean of Students. The best three films, selected by the university, will be sent to the UGC latest by 30 November 2017. The UGC will select the 3 best films in the country and give an award of Rs. 5.00 lakh, 3.0 lakh and 2.0 lakh respectively to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd best film.
