Going Online As Leaders (GOAL)
The Ministry of Tribal Affairs has launched a unique program called GOAL, an initiative to empower the youths of Scheduled Tribes in digital technology and entrepreneurship via online learning-7 month internship followed by 2 month internship opportunity.
