Assistant Professor

As a Faculty member, specializing in Molecualr Biology and  Biochemistry, my role revolves around facilitating knowledge acquisition and fostering learning experiences that empower students in their educational journey.

Leveraging on my capabilities ,I try to employ a variety of teaching methods and instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and foster student engagement. This may include lectures, laboratory demonstrations, group discussions, case studies, and multimedia presentations. I also encourage active learning through problem-solving exercises, hands-on experiments, and collaborative projects.

I contribute to the development of Microbiology, Molecular biology and  Biochemistry syllabus/ curricula of our University and few others as external expert, ensuring that course materials are comprehensive, up-to-date, and aligned with educational standards. By incorporating relevant research findings and real-world applications, I strive to make the curriculum engaging and relevant to students' academic and professional goals.

In addition to teaching responsibilities, I am actively engaged in scholarly activities such as research, publication, and professional development. My research endeavors contribute to the advancement of knowledge in Immunology, Inflammatory biology and biochemistry and may involve collaborations with other faculty members, graduate students, and external partners.

Promotion of Diversity and Inclusion: I foster an inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity and welcomes students from all backgrounds. I recognize the importance of promoting equity and inclusion in science and strive to create a supportive and welcoming atmosphere where all students feel valued and empowered to succeed.

Overall, as a faculty member , my goal is to inspire a passion for logical and scientific inquiry, equip students with the knowledge and skills needed for success in their academic and professional pursuits, and make meaningful contributions to the field  through teaching, research, and mentorship.
