NOTICE FOR LIBRARY MEMBERSHIP

(For 1st Semester Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students)

First Semester students of all Undergraduate and Postgraduate Courses of this University are required to download the ‘Library Membership Form’ from here and submit the duly filled-up form to the following branches of the University Library, as directed below:

The filled-up Library Membership Form has to be submitted to the concerned branch of the University Library along with:

(i) Photocopy of fee receipt/Pay-in-slip.

(ii) Four copies of recent stamp-size self-attested photographs (height 2.5 cm x width 2.0 cm) with the student’s own name, roll number, Department’s name, UG/PG (as applicable) written on the back side of each copy of photograph.

Students are also required to fill up the Online Library Membership Form available on the University Library webpage before submission of the hard copy.

Date of submission : 25th August, 2015 (Tuesday) to 11th September, 2015 (Friday).

Time of submission: 11.00 a.m. to 1:50 p.m.

Date of issue of Library Membership Card: 15^th September, 2015 to 14th October (11.00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.).
